Look a Little Closer

This Summer I was given a really beautiful book, The Creative Photographer by Catherine Anderson as a gift.  It's full of beautiful images, words to inspire, and wonderful projects to motivate you.

The first project is intended to sharpen your eye. It prompts you to look for the alphabet in everyday objects around you. To look a little deeper at things you would normally overlook. My boyfriend, Steve and I explored some antique shops to find items for our photos. It was a really fun and interesting day!

Don't forget to look a little closer at your surroundings. You never know the interesting and beautiful things you will find!

Here is what I came up with! (If Steve ever gets his photos off his camera, I'll post 'em too! :)
